Title: Hard For Me And Friend To Find A Game?

LOL, maybe I just havent looked hard enough, but why is it SO HARD to find a lot of games when you have buddies over? It seems the only way for "guests" to join is if you have buddies online and you join a non-ranked game? If this is the case then this sucks?

Team Training is pretty much a place for people who just bought the game not people who have beeen playing for years. I gurrantee they can get kills if  playing against others at there skill level.
