Title: Black Project Very Hard!

this one only took me 2 tries to complete.
I had hitman in my m4 skill before going in also make sure you have armor.  I just ran in guns blazing and ran over to the vent and went down below.  After that it's just watching the map and knowing where the enemy is and just poping around the corner and firing.  Also grenades help too.
Once you get the jet pack just fly out and either at the end of this mission or the next one you get the jet pack outside your save point at the airfield.

yea just get a hitman level on an m4 or ak-47.   did is What ijust get a sniper rifle, take out the ppl close to me with m4, get on top of a tower and snipe everybody.  Then just Continue on crouched with an m4, always targeting, ready for ppl.   when you get the jetpack, dont fly over the missle launcher, then just book it.

Use a sniper rifle to kill off the guards at ground level.

Use M4 below ground.

Be sure to disable the SAM's.

Just try and get into the vent as quickly as possible and then it's all easy from there.

Sniping out the guards on the tower helps but all I suggest is do it quickly and don't hang around for too long and go for the vent.
