Title: Tonight Is The Night Boys, Nhl Season Opener
Post by: xbox beat box on October 05, 2005, 07:27:00 AM
I woke up this morning with a huge smile on my face, season opener, Sens vs leafs, the battle of Ontario begins.

Already have my beer on ice, I have my wings and pizza ready to go in the oven.
7:00 pm cannot come soon enough.

Good luck to everybody's teams, this will be a season to remember.

And to Spency.....it all starts tonight baby!

Yeah man give Sidney time he will come into his own. He's got Mario Lemieux as his teamate and I bet you will see Sidney this year at the World Hockey Championships with Wayne Gretzky as the director and Pat Quinn as the head coach. With all that experance it should give him a huge boost.

Who cares about Mario Lemiuex??? He old and washed up, all he does now is complain about his back and blame the NHLs rules on why he cant score or stay heathly.

Yeah i really hope Sidney learns alot from him. <_<

what do you guys think of the new nhl?

personally I'm greatful for the lockout. It's so much more exciting to watch now, there's so many scoring opportunities and now that the refs are calling everything its more fair and there's always something going on.

Really the only thing I don't like is that the refs announce the penalties, it just seems so pointless lol

I'm still undecided about the shootout

I like the new rules makes the game more fast paced and I even enjoy watching New Jersey play thank god the "trap" isn't there anymore all I could say about the old New Jersey team is  :boring:
