Everything has a rational explanation. For those who never heard of the Raelian Movement here's a

Comparing to Heaven's Gate. You surely have no clue about the Raelian Movement. In fact we are against suicide with the the exception of someone suffering an incurable mental or physical illness.
Yes there is a separate Raelian Foundation so that Rael can live a comfortable life. He doesn't have a bunch of mercedes or lives a life of luxury. Any extra money the Raelian Foundation, Rael actually transfers the funds back to The Raelian Movement fund that doesn't provide a salary to any Raelian including Rael himself. thats good, the perception of oppression, whether real or not, always unites people stronger whether the belief is legit or not. Its the final key to any religion. I know that, if anything, I will only make you more stedfast in your beliefs by argueing so aggressively against you for that very reason.
