If repost, just give me link( search didn't come up with anything).  Really want to know when i can preorder for ps3 seeing all this craziness with 360, don't want that to happen to me next year.

I asked at Gamestop yesterday and they said not until they have a launch day and price.

I called mine and they said like after christmas.  ima call them again tomorrow.  I want to make sure i'm on the first shipment list.

No Price/Date are set, but you are sure ur on the first shipment (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I preordered mine from lik-sang.com.  Hopfully the region for american and japanese games is the same.

just call your local gamestop and see what they say, more then likely, i would say that if they aren't taking preorders now, they probably will once e3 comes around (unless sony makes a big ps3 announcement before that) when i talked to my gamestop about the 360, they said they would accept preorders after it was "officially announced" and in their eyes, officially announced was e3 last year.
