Title: Help Me Plz Tekking Hacked Weapons

i am using  ricks quest 21 files i get exactly what i want but
the weapon is not tekked and when i take it to the stupid
tekker he dosent get the percents right plz someone give me the
byte i have to modify/and the offset <

well why dont u try navis's way it's alot easier and u dont hav to hav to use the tekker <
