Title: Need Help Hacking Pso In Hex Editor

HI im new here but i need help hacking pso i need help in the following areas:

how to add 127% or 381% to weapons & weaps Special atk

how to make all mags from lvl1-9999 and stats added too

and last spells lvl1-30 and how to add ++ to slot items & how to make armor and shields to add more slots and better attributes for them

that it

as well i have some of the tuts to read but it makes no sense to me if you could clarify for me that would be great.
