Title: Any Patch Able To Create Gamertags?

I need a gamertag on my xbox for Ninja Gaiden. Is it possible to create one with the help of a PSO patch?

NO IT CANT!! IT JUST CREATES A FAKE ONE SO YOU CAN PLAY OFFLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We wouldn't know SilentBob1638, sorry.  It's not the same game as PSO.
