Title: Error Message! Some Help Needed

hi!
my gf loves to play creatures docking station buit since 3 days she gets the following error message:

CSE0001: Caught C-style structured exception at 0x7C920F29

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

she reinstalled everything from scratch but it didn't help. someone has another idea?

you might like to try putting this in the developers forum there much more likely to understand this than us mere mortals in here.
