how do u hack % on weps i dont no how we do have a moded xbox

k first off there are 4 of ways to make weps
1. itemRT.GSL (this is the worst way to make weps also you cannot hack the percents)
2.Quest 21 (this is a good way but you can only make one wep and you have to complete quests)
3.Default.xbe ( this is by far the best way you edit the chars starting equpiment you can make up to 5 items/weapons w/e)
4. Legit way (LOL who in thier right mind would wanna do it this way?!)
