ok first off what have you downloaded?

I use this site so tell me what you have and i will tell you.

ok open up FTP.  Go to the PSO game file.  Open up DVD there should be a file in the downloat called item.%%% (forget what its called).  Drag this into the DVD file and it should promt you to overite the original file.  Hit yes and you are done!
