Title: Booster Packs

I read people talking about a Booster Pack Installer...but they did not say where they got it from. Is there anyone in here that knows if it is possible to get the Booster Pack Installer from anywhere? Thanks in advance.

I have this, followed instructions but extra content did not show in the game. I think the autoupdate instruction needed more explaining. I did all it said but nothing.
