Title: How Do Mod?

Is there any tutorials to mod this game? WHere are the ini files on the E drive for this game, and once i edit the ini file, is there anything else i got to edit? And can i edit dlc?

You can edit all ini files.

The files you can edit is in the path where you copied the game. If you didn't copy the game from the disc yet, you need to copy it.
Once you are done editing you can either play the game from the hard drive, or burn it back on a DVD-RW.

You can edit the cars from dlc.

I was trying to mod the cars from the DLC, but you still really haven't helped me...  DO I need a resigner or patcher or anything?
