Yes, but you know the savegames are not in the game folder. Its in UDATA and have the name 4d53004b.

To keep you name and settings, just overwrite the profile.sav file in your savegame folder.

If you want to do some editing you must copy the inis to you pc, edit and save, and reburn the game.
