Title: Xbox Save To Pc And Back Again. How Do You Do It?

I play morrowind at work on a pc and at home on an xbox.

Is there anyway i can keep playing by transfering my save around.. How would i go about doing this... Especially from xbox to PC, cause i rather play it at work.
