Title: Morrowind Comes Alive And Combat Enhanced

Morrowind Comes Alive was a part of miniMorrowindMod (version 2.0) but in 2.2 it was deleted because it  caused lots of dde so you can just forget about running this.

Combat Enhanced(unless I'm mistaken) requires Morrowind Enhanced to run, which is a standalone PC program. So unless someone out there has converted Morrowind Enhanced to an Xbox homebrew program, I believe you're out of luck with that mod as well.
