Alternatively, if you want to convert a mod from PC to Xbox you may have to change the dependencies of the .ESM/.ESP, but that's easy enough.

Okay... So where can I get any kind of Morrowind map editor? I just want to be able to build mansions and stuff...

Google it you should find it. Its got all you should need.
Rather handy not sure if were allowed to mention it but if i get banned at least some else will enjoy Morrowind Modded on Xbox. So much fun

Your allowed to talk about it, The only game modding you cant discuss is for Halo 2

You are correct, your not allowed to post hex edited files....Its in the rules up at the top in the pinned topics section
