Title: Mods Might Break Blades Quest

I didn't notice what happened until I tried to start a new game, but with just a handful of mods running on the hard drive, the 'Report to Caius Casodes' dialogue link is broken and you can't start the main quest once you arrive in Balmora. You can play the rest of the game fine, but it bothers me that the main part of the game seems to go south.

I was wondering what that acronym was for, thanks. Looks like I'll have to make Grizzly's Sexy Female Guards an ESP instead of an ESM.

Thanks also for the info. I figured it out, and it's a weird one... The Avenger's Female Armor mods in a particular combination create the GMST condition. They depend on the LeFemm official mod from Bethesda, and there's a dependency condition that hangs them up, since they were built with LeFemm 1.0 in mind, and the version that everybody uses is LeFemm 1.1 instead. Very strange.

Anyway, it looks like what I'll have to do is keep an archive of the Data Files directory so that I can always revert to a known-good condition of the game. I really should do this anyway, but now I have a motivation.

For the record? Grizzly's Female Guards works fine. Anybody wants the updated and patched ESM, let me know.

tongue.gif  it works so im like level 23 doin the temple quest and i get to the one where u gotta give dude a sword he wouldn talk to me i was like ughh what happen confused for about 30 minutes i decided to de-activate the cloaks mod and he finnally talked to me. To sum this all up the dialog does not only affect the pappers but other npc's also huh.gif
