This isnt a request, but is it possible to get a free copy of The CS from the bethesda webpage, or is it a "no choice but to go to the store and buy The whole danm game of the year bundle just for the CS"?

It's possible to download it...But proabably not from Bethesda. After all why would they allow you to download something for free when they sell it for $30.

Besides your always better off buying something like this.
And if you want a complete mod lay out then you need to buy it because the TES CS uses 3 .esm files to edit

1. The Morrowind.esm
2. The Tribunal.esm
3. The Bloodmoon.esm
