Title: Getting The Map File Into 3dsmax?

hey all, this is going to go towards a halo mod but i think this is the place to ask. im going to try and get the entire map of morrowind onto my pc and into 3dsmax so i can later work it into halo. anyway, if anyone has done something like this and has any tips that would be great. i know its posible to do so im just not sure how. anything helps.
