yes you can still play mods but you are limited to mod that only depend on morrowind (dont worry theres lots of good ones and some have diffrent version say if u wanted a house mod and it has a a set for people with the expansions and without you should get the one for people with morrowind only)

no.... Cause the XBOX goty includes the mega.esm (has morrowind.esm tribunial.esm and bloodmoon.esm all together) and the mega.bsa (all the textures)

just go out and get morrowind goty im sure u can get it for about 19.99~29.99 easily
