Title: Do You Need Tescs To Combine 3 Esps?

yeah the only way i know is with the constrution set and i didnt turn al of me fiels into .esp i left morrowind.esm it self then change tribunal and bloodmoon the .esp and left the dependices for morrowind.esm in both of em and fired up tecs and selected both of them and told them to merge to masters (it merged bloodmoon and tribunail to the master morrowind.esm)to get it to merge you have to add a line to morrowind.ini "Can Merge=UserName" i think

Do you need morrowind installed to install and use the construction set?

if u purchased morrowind for pc u can just install TESC set but i recommend that u get all the pc version (the expansions)then install all of it and get the patches (corrects some errors in TESC and the game .esm)

Does the GOTY for PC come with all the updates?  I bought it for someone I know and I  remember that it seemed to be up-to-date.  Or are you talking about updating the construction set?  I haven't seen a patch for that anywhere.  

I'm probably have to by the GOTY for PC then even though my PC isn't powerful enough to use it.  I was hoping Bethesda had like a developer download or something for the construction set.  Oh well.

when u apply the pc patches it secretly updates TECS (when i had orignal morrowind TESC verison was 1.2 when i installed both expainsions and there patches TESC was 1.3)
