i have no clue how to use kortor tool if their is a tutorial could you plz post a link thx for your help

do i ftp the mod i want and if i do have to ftp i have a modded xbox and all of that but where do i ftp but only if i need to ftp to get the mods working

do i dwonlaod mods and ftp or do i use kortor tool or what do i do?????????
