Title: Gamecube Has No Audio, Help!

I have a problem, When I turn on my Cube I get video but no audio. All cables are plugged in securly and I have tried connecting them to different sources. I have a ViperGC installed and there is no audio on origional games. I have no backup games so I cannot test those. Has anyone had a similar problem/fix?
