Title: Change Some Of The Bgm ?
Post by: RikW on July 08, 2005, 04:39:00 PM
Ok, so there's this guy who was able to make the Imperial March to play each time you earn some Dark Side Points in KOTORII.

I was wondering if it would actually be possible to replace any other music in the game, like the fight scenes musics for instance ?
Wouldn't it be great to hear Duel of the Fates in background while fighting Malak ?^^

Whaddya guys think ?

Sorry about the late reply on this...didn't even see the thread until today

You can change the music of any part of the game (fights, static BGM's, etc.) by placing music files to the streamMusic folder under the Star Wars Kotor 2 directory.  What I suggest is to go to either the hollowan labs forums or pcgamemods.com to find out more about the file naming process.  If you download music mods from pcgamemods, the file has already been renamed and is ready to run.  Just one quick note....BACK UP YOUR FILES FIRST!

Hope this helps...
