Is there anyway I can do any hacks to my gamesave without a modded xbox?

Yes....but you're gonna need either Action Replay or Game MAX to transfer your game save from your Xbox to your PC.  And make sure you backup a copy of the save because once it starts running on your xbox while edited, things might not work properly.
