Title: Just Started Trying Halo Editing

I've tried hce on my box..just restarts after i choose region of game...all is set right. I also tried it on HHD and the links on the tutorial don't work. Will someone please link me to an updated tutorial or at least pm me and tell me how to pull this off. Thanks in advance.
