Download this one.1337 timer

then you can edit the spwan times yourself. Although i was not aware of any major changes between the two.

yea there about 15-30 diffon on each time

Actuall after posting this i checked and in the options menu for the timer i showed you it  has a PAL/NTSC setting. So there ya go d/l and enjoy
