Title: Adding New Maps To Halo

Is it possible to copy new maps from the pc that not on the xbox, and put them onto the xbox and play them? Ive tried. I burned a few maps such as Timberland, and Death Is., maps that arent on the xbox. I ftped and put those maps in the maps folder, on my backup on the hd. But then i started up halo, went to multiplayer, but my new maps werent there. Is it possoble to play those maps?
