Title: Halo Crossbow?

In HCE you can edit the initial / impact explosion time of any weapon
I don't know about the purple thing
For a gun i would suggest the Sniper rifle for a modern cross bow
don't know for a wooden crossbow..

could you just change the skin of the sniper bullet and use the sniper instead and then change the skin of the sniper (if you want to)???

hmmm..... Try changing the speed of the projectile and change the projectile damage thats all i can suggest from my PC at the moment! But I'll look into it more deeply in a while.

I'll probably have to    before i can think though!!!

It's me again!!!!
Right go to projectiles and set the lifespan to Zero and it will travel untill it hits something I just tested it a second ago  and you should be sorted

I'd use the Falme thrower. It has the cross bar that MC holds on to pluss the barrel. I think a few streches and moving some points and you got a decent crossbow.

I'd do what Uber said if what you got looks good. Just use hce and make the needler model into the gravity gun. 1st and 3rd

yo i was doing the same exact mod but gave up i couldnt get the stupid models to inject the right way

anyway i would use the plasma rifle. It is pretty easy to convert.
i hope u get it to work, and if you do u better post a ppf patch so i can play

edit: what would be cool is if u made the arrow have a sniper contrail, go to the bimpmaps and change all of the needle glow stuff to the sniper contrail. That should work

thats sweet! haha, but once ur in a zoom and u lock on and shoot someone, its like an instant kill, but its still sweet

yeah i figured that out after i made the ppf.  i also fixed some other effect issues.  i'll release another ppf once i get the chance, or maybe when i get around to the 3rd person models
