oh and which cable attached to the hdd is the ide cable(im not internal computer literate)

the ide cable is the grey one
the coloured one is the power for the harddrive

i want to hotswap my xbox hdd so i can access it with my pc and hopefully fix it only reason im asking is because my tv is upstairs and my computer is downstairs so i cant se the vcr cables and the led is blinking yellow
