If the program runs great and halo crashes you used wrong region or patches for a wrong region
if they show up as Unknown it's because he cannot find them, a clean map should give all the same names

i read on your sight that you have to remove the region cfg. I have ntsc box. how do you remove the region cfg?

it's included in the rar, don't upload it or change it in game (press BACK->select Change Region->NTSC->press A)
