Title: Blood Gulch Hacking

I've seen Boll's video with the flying vehicles, and noticed the killer scenery.  How do you change the color and appearance of blood gulch to the wasteland like in the video?  How do you change the color of vehicles (other than purple)?  I think someone should make a tutorial on how to change the appearance and colors of blood gulch.

You just change the hex values, that's what I did. (For the bitmaps, pf course)
