Title: How To Play Half-life 2 Wav Files?

Hello,
I want to play wav file in the sound directory, i have installed ADPCM codec but it still not play

This wav is in a REALLY weird format, Cool Edit Pro picks it up as RAW data, I try the default settings. Let me fool around with the settings a bit... Ack, can't get anything.

CEP picks it up but all sped up.
