Title: San Andreas Pitche Edition

I backed up a PAL version of San Andreas and modded it with a patch called "San Andreas Pitche Edition 2010" on my JTAG and cannot get it to run (says game is wrong region) how can I change or patch the .xbe to NTSC?

Any help appreciated. I tried to search but kept getting an error.
