Vice city XXL resides here and a San Andreas mod is in progress.
I can't tell you here to find p1tch's and Spaceeinstein's san andreas mod is though as I have no clue without linking you to warez.

I shut the website down like 4 years ago because it appeared modding on the Xbox 360 was too difficult. Here we are quite some time past the release of 360 and it looks like its time to dive back into this endeavor perhaps. I've been away from modding my Xbox for several years now so I have no idea on the state of things. Have there been alot of developments regarding modding games on Xbox 360?

its really hard to tell. alot of the map mods will work but you cant have a bunch at once and some just dont work at all. other stuff like skins and all that are ok as long as you convert the textures from pc to xbox using txd workshop i think, its simple and kinda fun. i remember spending alot of time modding out my vice city might have to get back into that.,
