Title: Main.scm Editor For Gta3

so Demarest makes these awesome car spawn mods but his one for VC came with the main.scm and the gta3 one doesnt but since i dont have gta3 PC i cant use the Barton Waterduck's Missions Builder because it needs a gta3 dir does anyone know how to make it work without a gta3 dir or if anyone has gta3 pc and would like to put the code in the main.scm and give it to me i'd appreciate it too please help!
