Title: Problems With The Pcj-600
Post by: cannedMeat on June 30, 2006, 01:44:00 PM
ok, so i installed the monocycle from gtaxboxmods.com. i noticed that they made the max speed 999999. i was having fun with that speed, and decided that i wanted to trade its max speed with the pcj-600. now the pcj-600 goes buy the name pcj600 in gta3.img. however in handling.cfg, there is nothing named pcj600 in it. so, i was wondering what it is called in handling.cfg.

btw, this is my first post. gtaxboxmods.com is kindof dead.

oh yeah, i forgot to mention that i'm playing GTA: SA. sorry for the double post.

In the .cfg file the PCJ600 has been renamed to BIKE it's the first one on the list under BIKES.
________________________________________________________________

If you want something fun to do then replace the BIKE lines in the cfg with these ones:
BIKE          500.0      40.0   0.1    0.0 0.05 -0.30 103 1.6 0.9  0.48    5 190.0 50.0 5.0  R P    15.0  0.50 0 35.0     0.85 0.15  0.0   0.15 -0.16 0.5  0.0      0.0  0.15 10000    1002000      0         1  1   4

!   BIKE      0.35   0.15   0.34   0.10   45.0   38.0   0.93   0.70   0.5      0.1      35.0   -40.0   -0.009   0.7      0.6
________________________________________________________________
Then Floor it as fast as you can into any oncoming vehicle except a Motorcycle, and see what happens.

For the record, I wanted what happens to happen (In otherwords I wanted to purposely have this happen) so I managed to keep editing this line, until I got what I was looking for.

I advise not editing it any further because the game might lock up...I have not looked at this file in a while but I am pretty sure I have this edited as far as it can go without crashing the game. But you are welcome to try.
