Title: Is It Possible To Make It Permanently Rain?

Is it possible to make the weather permanently rainy (I like rain), and also to choose the time of day (colour of the sky and so on)?

YEAH THATD BE COOL TO KEEP IT PERMANENTLY NIGHT, OR A DARK HAZE IN THE SKY. NOT ONLY DOES IT LOOK COOL BUT U CAN CALL ME A LAMER (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) BUT MY PICTURE TUBE ON MY TV IS DYIN, AND IF I GET STRONG PITCHES OF WHITE LIGHT "LOOKING DIRECTLY IN THE SUN IN THE GAME" IT WILL TURN OFF MY GAY ASS TV LOL. NOT ONLY DOES PHILIPS MAKE SHITTY ASS DVD DRIVES, BUT THEY MAKE SHITTY ASS TVS TOO (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
