Believe it or not i spend 3 days trying to figure out vice city's weapons.dat and all i have been able to do is make it look like you are throughing bullets at people and shoot rockets realy fast. I read the table at the top of it which defined all the numbers but every time i edit some thing like the rate of fire it dosent actualy make it shoot iny faster if iny of you guys would have a simple way of explaining weapons.dat or even have a link to a tutorial i would greatly apreciate it
Oh and btw, i am also woundering how to make the cops act like your allies.
