Title: Vice City And The Handling.cfg File

plain and simple problem


when i got to edit a car (ive been trying the baggage car and packer truck) in  the handling.cfg file, it doesnt work.

like, it saves and everything (i use notepad to edit it) and then it copies back to the xbox ok, but the changes arent noticeable/there........ why?


(i set the baggage car to behave just like a motorcycle, except that it had the mass of a tank, but it behaved just like a normal baggage car)

You need to delete the capfinal file in the root of the Vice city folder. you need to delete it every time you edit the car. This WILL solve your problem.
