Title: Simple Mission Question.

Do you even need to unlock it, or can you do this mission right from the beginning, and how? I apologise if this is a question that's answered all throughout these threads but I don't suspect it is, and my internet is snail slow right now. Thanks in advance.

it's a crash mission , you'll get to it eventually
