Thats an excellent suggestion! I never thought of making a road....but ill see about making a highway that goes to liberty city, but it will be one hell of a long highway. Although with a highway, you could take cars up there instead of using another way. Currently im working on other ways to get to liberty also., like im gonna try to place to red marker on grove street that will teleport you to liberty city if you walk into it.

I'm not sure, but i think so...and i also know that only part of it is solid so once ur upthere u will need to a jetpack to get around in some places.

Only a part of it is. You can see the stadium but it's not solid, and there's some other stuff. Good luck with that red marker, that would be great. You can still get out on the Marks Bistro mission (I think that's what it's called) if you get a jetpack and fly over a wall. Not sure, I'm not that far yet but I read that somewhere.

The the link is dead "site frozen" is what it says. how do you do this. I have already finished the story missons.
