Title: Probably A Stupid Question But...

A lot of the car mods I want come in the *.vcm* vice-city mod manager file type.

I understand it's the mod but only compressed so they can be auto-installed on the PC version using the mod manager.

How can I decompress them so I can get the .txd and .dff files?

I was hoping I could just point it somewhere and it would decompress, but it keeps asking me for the GTA vice city folder.

Wtf?

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask, but searching didn't help much.

that is where i found the program, im pretty sure he wrote it and its a SUPER early version....
