Title: Can You Map For Uc?

Well, UC runs on the UT2003/2004 engine, but the issue comes int he fact that there's not a tool to fully edit the UMD, which is the container for the maps.  If we could, then yeah, it's probably possible.  But nobody has made a tool thus.
