Yes you can, Although I know it doesn't work perfectly you can simply drag the resistance campaign from the pc and put it on the xbox version. Also the map editor addon can be used. I also got some hot rod car addons working:) For some reason I haven't got single missions to work yet, though haven't tried many, I hope there is a way to convert them so you could play the cti mod for pc.
