As long as the body kit goes with the styling of the car then it looks good. Like the buddy club body kit for del sol's look really good, same with teg's. A horrible body kit is the invader and eurabuni shogun style on the 2nd gen dsm's. Those look like trash. The newer mustangs look good with rousch kits or cobra kits, but if you have a cobra kit on your car and its not a cobra, make sure you shave the emblems to where it in no ways says its a cobra, that is rice. Type R badges on a non Type R car is also rice.

For your celica, if its an auto you should def swap in a manual. If its already a 5 speed, maybe go turbo or get nitrous. Turbo's are fun, nitrous is cheap and easy to instal but read up on both because they can both blow your engine to peices if used improperly. As for the convertable... props man, now make it look good, go fast, and chicks will be all over you.

Don't lower it either.  Sorry I just don't see the point of lowering a car that barely has any ground clearance as is.  My girl has a '91 GTS and it certainly doesn't need to be lowered, it is easy to scrape on dips, ect. as is, so do yourself a favor and don't do it.

soo.. uhh. whats yoru girls name? phone number?

joking haha.

well.. we might get a civic lx sedan for me... it has a remote start alarm system, everything i need.. mint condition.. if i get the civic, i wouldnt have to put any money into it.. its got a sound system too.. my dad is leaving the choice up to me..

waht do you guys thing i should do? civic or celica

and even if i do get a civc, i dont think ill do anything crazy with it.. if i get my hands on money.. id prolly do an engine swap.. but the engine in the car is still fairly new.. 2000 -- 60k miles.. just had a 60k mile tune-up.. it could easily fit a b16 engine. but if i really wanna go crazy.. i could even get a h22.. but need a new hood... right?

well.. lemme knwo

personally from owning an older car (94) i would take the 2000, you will have less headaches and can spend money into upgrading rather than fixing.

if it were me id take the Civic, Ive never been in a Celica but I know from driving a 2000 civic for a few years that it is a comftorble car to drive around in, and a sound system only sweetens the deal :D
plus a 2000  is less likely to have problems then a 1994

h22 blah.. if you're gonna do a swap, go for k series.. k24 block, k20 head.. it's the new crv-tec and it rips some serious ass. then throw some itb's on it.. grrrr

but yeah. definately take the civic..

K series is nothing to a N/A setup ITR, or an H22, Ill sell you an h22 with tranny and wiring harness  for 3k, plus its vtech and have an extra vtech head. Get a boosted k, or N/A ITR or H22. Those motors arent meant to be boosted.
