resign info should be released for game saves even the live enabled ones

becouse its not like you can go on live with a hacked gamesave anyways without being banned.
You only get banned on XBL iusing a hacked save, IF you get reported. If YOU write the hack, and dont release it to ANYONE then the chances of this becoming found out are very SLIM. Catch my drift...
*sigh* I just want to copy my saves for ninja gaiden and the DOA games. Why wouldn`t team ninja want ppl to do that?
The resigning info for Ninja Gaiden was released long ago on www.xbox-saves.com, don't know about the DOA series though.
Why wouldn't they want people to be able to transfer saves between Xboxes? Or, why do they not want people to be able to modify games they purchased? You'll have to ask them, I'm sure they have plenty of excuses: "Blah blah, copyright, blah blah, reverse engineering, blah blah intellectual property, blah blah blah blah blah"
Kinda funny, because if you ask a company like Valve, they will tell you that modding may be the only thing that kept them alive for years.

I'm not really interested in hacking or modding games just being able to transfer them.
I realise the current legal problems with Tecmo etc. I am NOT ASKING anyone for any information that could lead to such problems. I have already done so and wanna know if I will be ok on Xbox live.
I have TWO QUESTIONS:
I have recently successfully done this. Do you mean to tell me I will be banned If I log into Xbox live with my resigned and transferred save?
I also played around with another save with infinite weapons items etc. Would I need to delete this before going online to prevent being banned? Would that work?
Please help.
Thank you
Andrew
