Simply replace the text in the Camera_Setting.ini file with this, and save, it reveals a remarkably detailed cockpit view. I tested this on my NTSC version xbox and game, it works wonderfully.
There you go, you can now enjoy a beautiful detailed cockpit view while driving!

Tested and it works beautifully, well, for the most part. Some convertibles draw the roof in anyway and a car or two doesn't seem to have the models for it, but on the whole, it looks great.
