Title: Few File Types

Okay i was Recently hacking Tench: Return From Darkness, and i want to be able to Edit or at least, look at these Files, the extentions of the files are

.SMP .K2V

Also is there any Programs ( bar hex editors ) That can open and display .BIN Binary Files ?

Anyone??
Filext.com says .SMP are Graphic files, but nothing i have will load them.
As for K2V, i cant find anything.
